Whistleblowing Policy
Billion places high importance on regulatory compliance and has established the "Procedures for Handling Reports of Illegal, Unethical, or Unethical Conduct" in accordance with Article 2 of the "Code of Ethics" and Article 20 of the "Integrity Operating Guidelines." Any stakeholder who discovers misconduct can report it to Billion through the designated phone or email. To ensure thorough handling of misconduct, Billion may request the name and contact information of the whistleblower when processing the report. However, the whistleblower may also request to remain anonymous. Within the limits permitted by law, Billion will maintain the confidentiality of the report to the fullest extent possible. Upon receiving a report, if an investigation reveals significant violations or potential significant harm to the company, Billion will promptly report to independent directors or audit committee members. Depending on the importance, the whistleblower may be eligible for appropriate rewards.
