Billion Electric Co., Ltd. (TSE: 3027) has once again demonstrated exceptional sustainability performance by winning two prestigious awards at the 17th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA). Billion was honored with the "Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry Category 2 - Platinum Award" and, impressively, received the "Outstanding Taiwan Sustainability Corporate Award" for overall performance on its first entry. These honors recognized Billion Group's outstanding achievements and relentless efforts in corporate social responsibility and sustainable governance.

The TCSA Awards aim to encourage corporations to improve the quality of their sustainability governance and enhance transparency in governance information. Through proactive planning and continuing practice, Billion Group has made significant strides in the fields of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). To achieve the goal of net-zero emissions by 2050, Billion Group has been actively promoting various sustainability measures. From 2023, Billion introduced ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory practices and successfully completed its first inventory in 2024. By upgrading energy-efficient equipment since 2023, Billion saved approximately 12,400 kWh of electricity, reducing carbon emissions by about 6.143 tCO2e per kWh. Furthermore, Billion Group plans to expand its inventory scope to include the entire group by 2025, further enhancing its environmental management performance.

In 2024, Billion Group successfully completed the carbon footprint assessment for one of its power products and released financial disclosure reports related to climate, following the guidelines recommended by the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Through transparent information disclosure, Billion Group demonstrated its focus on the risks of climate change and actively seeking solutions.

 The "Integrated Solar, Charging, and Storage Solution" represents Billion Group's core competitiveness. By combining solar energy, energy storage, electric mobility, and intelligent energy management technologies and products, the solution not only helps reduce carbon emissions but also improves energy efficiency, offering customers a comprehensive energy solution that drives economic benefits.
